My entry for
 's Video Game Character Design Contest. She's an original character based on the fighting game Dead Or Alive. Name: Hyun-Ji Ko (hyun = virtuous; ji = wisdom) Nationality: part Korean Age: 18 Martial Art Style: Tae Kwon Do Story: She is another daughter of Fame Douglas (meaning she is the half sister of Helena and Kokoro). Her mother had passed away when she was young (thus she is an orphan), but was left with stories about her father and his other family. She is jealous of Helena's upbringing and fame (as being the chairperson for DOATEC). She enters the next DOA tournament to fight Helena. She has a tomboyish personality. In team matches, she works well with Hitomi and Kokoro. When I first started working on this project, it started out great. But then I became bombarded with so much stuff, I had to put it off until the last minute. The coloring from the head to waist looks good, but then it looks awful from the waist down. So yeah, I kinda got lazy on the coloring 'cuz I had to rush. >_< And oh yeah, the lineart is all done through tablet; no more pentool!  Tool(s): Photoshop 7.0 |

But yeah, back on the drawing... I pretty much got her pose from many Tae Kwon Do references, such as King of Fighters and Ragnarok Online. Her hairstyle was inspired from an online fighting game called Kwon Ho. And her clothing is pretty much sporting clothes.
And lol, knowing my husband, I'm he would have wanted her breasts to be more bigger (you know how DOA is, LOL!)
